Cold wave prevails over many parts in N. Karnataka

Bangalore, Nov 23 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the Weather Office here at 0830hrs today.

Dry weather prevailed over the State.

Cold wave conditions has prevailed over many parts of North Interior Karnataka.

Minimum temperatures fell at many places being appreciably so at a few places over South Interior Karnataka, fell at many places over Coastal Karnataka and at a few places over North Interior Karnataka.

They were appreciably below normal at most places being markedly so at a many places over North Interior Karnataka; appreciably below normal at a few place over South Interior Karnataka and were normal over Coastal Karnataka.

Gulbarga recorded lowest minimum temperature of 9.8 Degree Celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Sunday morning: Mainly dry weather may prevail over the State.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Mainly dry weather may prevail over all the districts of the State.

Local forecast: Mainly clear sky. Early morning fog/mist likely in some areas. Minimum temperature would be around 17 Degree Celsius.
