Blasts aimed at disturning communal harmony: UP guv

Lucknow, Nov 23 (UNI) Condemning the serial blasts in Uttar Pradesh today, Governor T V Rajeswar observed it was a deliberate attempt to disturb law and order situation, peace and communal harmony in the state.

Further expressing deep concern over the serial blasts, Mr Rajeswar appealed to the people of the state to maintain peace and keep up the tradition of tolerance.
