Protest to revoke Taslima Nasreen's visa

Kolkata, Nov 21, 2007 : Hundreds of protestors owing allegiance to the All India Minorities" Forum, came out on the streets of eastern Kolkata city today demanding that the visa issued to internationally acclaimed author Taslima Nasreen be revoked.

The protestors barricaded the usually busy Park Circus road of the city during the peak office hours. The rampaging crowd wanted the author to be sent out of Bengal.
