Navy Mela inaugurated

Visakhapatnam, Nov22 (UNI) Vice Admiral Raman Prem Suthan, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Naval Command, today inaugurated the Navy Mela in the city with a entertainment programme presented by the children of Navy School and Kendriya Vidyalayas.

The three-day Mela provides a window of opportunity for the people to visit and see vignettes of the Navy's lifestyle.

Stalls by MNCs, Financial Institutions, IT firms, electronic and consumer durables and the amusement park featuring a host of rides and games and performances by several professional entertainment groups were organised as part of the Mela.
