Zoom to develop housing-cum-commercial project in Bhatinda

New Delhi, Nov 21 (UNI) Mumbai-based Zoom Developers today said it will develop an integrated housing-cum-commercial project at Bhatinda, with an investment of Rs 110 crore.

''The project will be spread over nearly 12.5 acres of land, comprising a group housing complex along with recreational facilities, a commercial complex inclusive of a hotel-cum-mall, with hospital facilities as well,'' a company statement said.

The project will accommodate nearly 500 premium apartments including club houses, jogging parks, gymnasiums, swimming pool etc.

''Bhatinda has the Asia's biggest cantonment with a population of about 80,000 men consisting of jawans and officers and the figure is likely to be doubled in the coming year due to coming up expansion plans in the cantonment,'' said company CEO Rumneek Bawa.
