PCC chief's son given ticket for MP bypoll

Bhopal, Nov 21 (UNI) The Congress today announced Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee President Subhash Yadav's son Arun Yadav as its candidate for the Lok Sabha byelection in Khargone.

Former MLA Tulasi Silawat will be the party nominee for Assembly byelection in Indore's Sanver constituency.

PCC General Secretary Manak Agrawal said party's state incharge General Secretary V Narayanasami had also confirmed the list of candidates.

The byelections were scheduled to be held on December 12.

Khargone seat fell vacant due to disqualification by Mr Krishna Murari Moghe(BJP) on the office of profit issue, while BJP Minister Prakash Sonkar's death caused the Sanver byelection.
