Court remands two people in Reshma murder case

Patna, Nov 21 (UNI) Chief judicial magistrate of Patna R P Singh today remanded two people to judicial custody for fourteen days in much-hyped Reshma alias Kajal murder case.

Builder Anil Sharma and his associate Qamar Mohsin alias Munna were produced before the court by the city police during the day after their arrest.

The CJM also ordered to handover the duo to police for custodial interrogation for five days.

Incidentally,the Reshma-Kajal murder case had surcharged the poltical atmosphere of the state for which the RJD and other opposition parties had called a 24 hour state-wide bandh on November two, protesting against the alleged murder.

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar recomended for a CBI probe into the crime.
