BJP has dearth of candidates: Uma
Gwalior, Nov 21 (UNI) Bharatiya Janshakti (BJ) President Uma Bharti today claimed that the BJP had dearth of candidates so it was fielding candidates of other parties.
Ms Bharti, who was here for a brief visit, told reporters that this depicted ''bankruptcy'' of the ruling BJP, which had faced defeat in several bypolls.
She was replying to a question on the BJP fielding Mr Santosh Malviya for Sanver assembly bypoll. The BJ was earlier planning to field Mr Malviya.
On Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan not resigning over the dumpers' purchase issue, the fiery 'sanyasin' said Mr Chouhan should resign on moral grounds.
