Uttar Pradesh: Bank locker looted, 5 held

Agra, Nov 21: Five people, including a Canara bank employee, were arrested following theft at a customer's bank locker here.

On November 19, Mithilesh Agarwal of Kamla Nagar found jewellery worth several crores missing from his Canara bank locker, situated at Kamlanagar.

An enraged mob protested outside the bank late yesterday and today morning, demanding arrest of the accused, police today said adding, they could only be convinced after senior police officials reached the spot.

Meanwhile, five persons, including one bank employee, were nabbed in connection with the crime.
