5 IPS officers promoted to DIG rank

Chandigarh Nov 21 (UNI) The Haryana gfovernment has promoted five IPS officers to the rank of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) with immediate effect.

Mr S K Jain has been posted DIG, State Crime Record Bureau while Mr O P Singh has been posted DIG, Crime.

Mr Ajay Singhal, on promotion, has become DIG, State Vigilance Bureau and Mr Raghbir Singh has been posted as DIG, Haryana Armed Police.

Mr Attar Singh Ahlawat, who is on deputation to Central Government, has been given proforma promotion as DIG.
