337 nominations filed, Vala files from Rajkot-II

Ahmedabad, Nov 21 (UNI) Total 337 nominations were filed on the seventh day in Gujarat today for 87 seats of the state assembly, polls for which will be held on December 11 in first phase.

Gujarat Finance Minister Vajubhai Vala was among the 48 candidates who filed his nomination from different constituencies of Rajkot district, while 41 nominations were filed in Jamnagar for the first phase polls.

Three nominations were also filed for the second phase of polls.

Of them, one was from Gandhinagar and two from Patan.
