8 MP tehsils declared drought-hit

Bhopal, Nov 20: Eight tehsils in Gwalior and Bhind districts of Madhya Pradesh have been declared drought-hit due to scanty rains during the monsoon this year.

The Revenue department declared Gwalior, Dabra and Bhitarwar tehsils of Gwalior and Bhind, Ater, Lahar, Mehgaon and Gohad tahils of Bhind district as drought affected, official sources said today.
