Bangalore, Nov 19 (UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, whose BJP-led government collapsed after a short 7-day in office, today foresaw a threat to his life from the family of JD(S) supremo H D Devegowda.
Addressing a press conference in his residence hours after tendering his resignation to Governor following the JD(S) deciding not to support him, he alleged that the family members of the former prime minister had tried to 'physically eliminate' him through a spell of 'black magic'.
"If anything happens to me, it will be because of the act of the family members of Mr Gowda and this includes his son Mr H D Kumaraswamy. I will write a will in advance apprehending the actions of the members of Gowda Family," said a emotionally charged Yeddyurappa said.
Party leaders including former union minister and party incharge in Karnataka Yeshwant Sinha, Lok Sabha member N Ananthkumar and state president Sadananda Gouda were also present on the occasion.
