New Delhi, Nov 19: The Supreme Court will tomorrow hear the bail application of Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt and four other convicts in 1993 Mumbai serial bomb blasts case.

A bench headed by Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan will also consider the bail applications of Yusuf Mohsin Nulwalla, Zaibunisha, Anwar Kazi and Sameer Hingora.

Dutt, who is presently lodged in Yerwada Central jail, Pune has been sentenced to six years imprisonment under the Arms Act. He has already served one-and-a-half years imprisonment.

All the petitioners had to surrender after they were given the copy of the TADA court judgement running into about 4,500 pages.

The petitioners were permitted by the Supreme Court to file their appeals without the judgement of TADA court.

Dutt in his appeal has contended that the offence under the Arms Act against him was not proved beyond reasonable doubt as no recoveries were made either from his person or at his behest.

Underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and Saudi Arabia-based Memon brothers who are the main conspirators have been declared absconders as they could not be apprehended.
