Reliance Comm allots 9.73 lakh shares on FCCBs

New Delhi, Nov 19: Reliance Communications Ltd today said it has allotted 9,73,838 equity shares of Rs five each at a predetermined premium of Rs 475.68 per equity share on the conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of 1,000 dollars each.

Consequent upon this allotment, the paid-up capital of the company increased to 205,85,55,886 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs five each, said a statement.
