PepsiCo India appoints Exec Dir for External Affairs

New Delhi, Nov 19 (UNI) PepsiCo India today appointed Mr Vivek Bharati as the Executive Director (External Affairs).

He will be succeeding Mr Abhiram Seth, who has successfully led the External Affairs and Exports function since 2002.

''Vivek's depth and understanding of economic policy and public affairs with considerable skills in policy dialogue, ideation and ability to actively engage in wide-ranging external policy dialogues to improve the business environment prepares him exceptionally well to be the key driver of the PepsiCo's External Affairs and lead the company's agriculture initiatives,'' said PepsiCo India CEO Sanjeev Chadha.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Mr Bharati has been associated with industry chamber FICCI, World Bank, The Economic Times, Hindustan Times and the Times of India.
