New political party to enter mainstream politics

Mumbai, Nov 19 (UNI) Modalities are underway to launch a new political outfit ''Awami Dal''.

Party convenor Ismail Batliwala, while addressing a press conference here today, said that all the political parties in the country are working in a more or less similar fashion and no one is working for the welfare of the poor.

The decision on the party's leadership and other posts will be taken soon after scrutinising all the applications received by the party, Mr Batliwala added.
