India Cements to raise 150 mn through FCCB, GDR

New Delhi, Nov 19: India Cements Ltd today said its board has decided to raise 150 million dollars through the issuance of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) and Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) or other securities.

The company will convene a Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on December 14 to seek the approval of the shareholders on the issue, a press release of the company stated.
