'Babloo Srivastava facing life threat from terrorist outfits'

Bareilly, Nov 19 (UNI) Mafia don Om Prakash Srivastava alias Babloo Srivastava, presently lodged in central jail here, is facing life threat from various terrorist outfits, an intelligence department report states.

According to the report, terrorists organisations, including Harkat-ul-Ansar, Harkat-ul-Mujaheedin, Harkat-ul-Jehadi Islam, Lashkar-e-Toiba, are conspring to kill Babloo.

The possiblity of the attack being the time, when Babloo is taken to Lucknow or Delhi for a court hearing, the report adds.

On the basis of information, all the district police, have been asked to remain active during his hearing, sources told UNI today.

Besides, the police custody under which Babloo would move had been tightened. They have further been ordered not to stay at a hotel or dhabha on way.

The police vehicle, carrying the mafia don, would be surrounded by police and vigilance vans for tight security cover.

Till now, over 50 cops had been booked for maintaining laxity in Babloo's security.
