Two killed in a road accident

Munger, Nov 18 (UNI) Two people were killed and eight injured when a speeding vehicle hit a roadside tree near Telia pond on National Highway 80 here today.

According to police the accident took place as the driver lost control over the vehicle carrying passengers from Nawagarhi to Munger. Cleaner Parshuram Mandal and a passenger Dilip Kumar Choudhry died on the spot.

The injured had been admitted at the local sadar hospital.
