Maddy's 'Evano Oruvan' rocks New York

Mumbai, Nov 18 (UNI) South Indian actor Madhvan, who has co-produced his film 'Evano Oruvan', has introduced an innovative and unique concept called 'Greet and Meet Show' to promote his film in the US.

According to the promotion, Maddy's fans can watch the film and also have dinner with him and the cast and crew of the film.

Slated for a December 7 release, 'Evano Oruvan's' first ever 'Greet and Meet Show' at Imagineasian - Manhattan, near Times Square - was a super hit with fans galore.

A spokesperson said, ''With subtitles in English, the audience just loved the film and refused to get up even after the movie got over. As many as 10 lucky winners were chosen, who dined later with the crew and cast of 'Evano Oruvan' including Madhavan.'' One of Maddy's biggest fans, who owns a restaurant at Times Square, was so moved by the whole experience of ''Evano Oruvan'' that he sponsored the dinner for the winners and the film's cast, the spokesperson added.
