Twenty four persons injured in incidents

Barrackpur, Nov 16 (UNI) At least 24 persons, were injured in a road accident and clash today in North 24 parganas, At lest 14 passengers including women and children sustained injuries in an road accident when a sajirhat bound bus collided head on with a Dunlop-bound oil tanker on the B T road at kamarhati.

All the injured persons were rushed to nearby hospital Drivers of both the vehiclesfled away, police said.

In the other incident of clash between two rival trade unions of INTUC and CITU of a jute mills, ten persons were injured in the district.

Three of the injured were admitted to ESI hospital, sources said.
