Three killed, 13 injured in Housing Colony collapse

Visakhapatnam, Nov 15 (UNI) Three private construction workers including two women were killed on the spot and 13 injured when the Colony in the Siidi Sai temple extension mandapam slab collapsed at Visakhapatnam Steel Plant Housing Colony here this evening.

The injured were admitted to Steel Plant Hospital and King George Hospital in the city and they were reported to be out of danger, police said.

All the workers were natives of Muthalampadu village at Pravada Mandal in the district.

A case had been registered and investigation was underway, police added.
