Six militants nabbed by security forces

Imphal, Nov 15 (UNI) Security forces apprehended six militants in separate incidents in Manipur yesterday.

Police today said three members of United Socialist Revolutionary Army, including its President, were nabbed by BSF at Torbung in Churachandpur. A pistol, one magazine, three rounds of ammunition and one Gypsy were seized.

In another action, the Imphal East police and 32 Assam rifles jointly had conducted frisking at Heirangoithong, Imphal and nabbed a cadre of People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) .

The security forces based on specific information also captured a cadre of Kangleipak communist party at Langthabal. On November 13 police nabbed a cadre of NSCN (K), the sources said.
