Rosaiah expresses anguish over Assembly incident

Visakhapatnam, Nov 15 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister K Rosaiah today expressed anguish over the incidents in the state Assembly yesterday.

Talking to newspersons here, he said the Congress had never indulged in ''unparliamentary'' behaviour in the Assembly even when it was in the Opposition.

He accused the TDP of obstructing the proceedings in the Assembly. ''The TDP lacked decency in the Assembly. Their unruly behaviour had upset Speaker K R Suresh Reddy,'' he alleged.
