Pantaloon Retail to spin off sports business

New Delhi, Nov 15: Pantaloon Retail India Ltd today said its board has decided to spin off the sports business of its joint venture Planet Retail Holdings Pvt Ltd into a separate entity.

The board also approved setting up a joint venture with National Textile Corporation for modernisation and development of two of its mills, it said in a statement.

UNI
