MRF launches new passenger car radial tyre

Chennai, Nov 15: MRF Limited today launched a new range of environment-friendly passenger car radial tyres - MRF ZSLK.

A company release here said the new product was a high-end premium tubeless car radial tyre, which was environment-friendly as it reduced the rolling resistance and resulted in low fuel consumption.

MRF, which recently achieved a landmark turnover of Rs 5,000 crore, was confident that the eco-friendly car tyres would find favour with the new generation of Indian customers.

Initially, these tyres would be available for Ford Fiesta and Honda City cars and the company would release tyres for other vehicles shortly, the release said.
