Congress-NCP talks underway on seat sharing

Ahmedabad, Nov 15 (UNI) Talks are on between Nationalist Congress Party leader Praful Patel and Congress leader Ahmed Patel to come to a common ground on the seat sharing issue by this evening or by tomorrow afternoon, said Gujarat NCP General Secretary Mahipal Patel.

The NCP, had earlier handed over a list of 32 seats. The party softened its demand to 12 last week, and now has 10 seats on its agenda amid declining hope. However, Congress seems adamant and unwilling to concede more than six seats.
