AGS arrests one, seized five lakh CD wrappers

Vijayawada, Nov 15 (UNI) The Anti Goonda Squad (AGS) police today arrested one person from the city and seized five lakh CD film wrappers from his possession, valued at about Rs 10 lakh.

Police said Raghava went to Cuttack and purchased the CD wrappers to transport it to Chennai.

On a tip off, the AGS police team caught him red-handed when he was about to transport the CD wrappers, stuffed in 18 gunny bags, through a private travels here.

The accused would be produced before a local court tomorrow, police added.
