Aegis BPO to buy TeleTech Services for $ 13 mn

MUMBAI: Aegis BPO, an arm of Essar group, on Wednesday said it signed an agreement to acquire TeleTech Services (India) Ltd for about $13 million.

TeleTech Services is a joint venture of TeleTech Europe BV and Bharti Ventures Ltd. In a statement, Aegis said it expects to become a $500 million company in the next two years.
