Shetron to acquire Belgium's Shetron Sobemi

New Delhi, Nov 14 (UNI) Electronic component maker Shetron Ltd today said its board had approved acquiring Belgian unlisted firm Shetron Sobemi Europe N V.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The board also approved amalgamating paper packaging products maker, Fibre Foils Ltd, with Shetron and issuing eight Shetron shares of Rs 10 each for every Fibre Foils share of Rs 100 each.
