Reliance Com issues 7.15 lakh shares on FCCB conversion

New Delhi, Nov 14: Reliance Communications Ltd today said it has allotted 7.15 lakh equity shares of Rs five each at a premium of Rs 475.68 per equity on the conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of 1,000 dollars each.

After this allotment, the paid-up capital of the company stands increased to 205,75,82,048 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs five each, said a statement.
