ORG Informatics raises $ 16 million through FCCBs

New Delhi, Nov 14 (UNI) Gurgaon-based ORG Informatics Ltd today said it has raised 16 million dollars by issuing Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) in the international markets.

The Closing Date for the Issue is November 13, 2007 and the FCCB will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, said a statement.

London-based Elara Capital Plc is the Lead Manager for the Issue.

ORG Informatics is a service provider in remote sensing, photogrammetry and Software development.
