MindTree buys TES-PV Electronic for $ 6.55 mln

New Delhi, Nov 14 (UNI) Software firm MindTree Consulting Ltd today said it has signed an agreement to buy TES-PV Electronic Solutions Pvt Ltd (Purple Vision) for 6.55 million dollar in an all-cash deal.

The company expects to close the deal in six weeks, it said in a statement.

Purple Vision is a subsidiary of TES Electronic Solutions, providing differentiated services in the IC Design area.

UNI
