BACFO inks pact with Germany-based Queisser

New Delhi, Nov 14 (UNI) Research-based ayurvedic medicine manufacturer BACFO (Basic Ayurvedic Concepts&Formulations) Pharmaceuticals (India) Ltd today signed a pact with Germany-based Queisser Pharma GmbH for marketing its product within the country and plans to form a joint venture for manufacturing products after a year.

''We have entered into an exclusive contract with BACFO for marketing its wide range of tonics within the country,'' company's Managing Director Arun Chauhan said.

The company also plans to set up a joint venture company for manufacturing of these products after a year, he added.

BACFO is part of the global Rs 1,000 crore AKC Group, which has diversified business interests in petrochemicals, technology transfer, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals and education.
