Advani to inaugurate 'Kalidas Samaroh'

Ujjain, MP, Nov 14: Leader of Opposition and senior BJP leader L K Advani will inaugurate the seven-day Akhil Bharatiya Kalidas Samaroh's golden jubilee function on November 21.

''Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan would preside over the programme organised during 'Dev Uthni Ekadashi Parva'. Haridwar-based Bharat Mata temple founder Swami Satyamitranand would be chief guest on the occasion,'' Kalidas Academy Deputy Director Jagdish Sharma said here today.

A 'kalash yatra' would be taken out a day before the Samaroh. A pot containing water from Kshipra river would be taken and offered at world-famous Mahakaleshwar temple.

The procession would cross main roads in the town before reaching the 'Bharat Vishal Rangmanch' at Kalidas Academy premises.
