WebEx, Oracle offer Collaborative CRM Solution

Bangalore, Nov 13 (UNI) WebEx and Oracle today announced the offer of Oracle's Siebel CRM On Demand Service, a Customer Relationship Management(CRM) application service, through the WebEx Connect application eco-system.

The CRM was designed to accelerate sales cycles at businesses of any size.

Together, Oracle and WebEx, now a subsidiary Cisco, have the integrated solution that companies need to manage their customer relationships and make it easy to do business cost effectively online, a WebEx release said.
