EC slaps code violation notice on Virbhadra

New Delhi, Nov 13 (UNI) The Election commission today issued a notice against Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh for violating the model code of conduct.

The state is under election process and the first phase of polling for four assembly constituencies will be held tomorrow.

The second phase of polling for 64 assembly constituencies will be held on December 19.
