Counterfeit currency racket busted, 6 held

Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, Nov 13 (UNI) Police busted a counterfeit currency racket, with the arrest of six people at Narasaraopet in this district today.

District Superintendent of Police Mahesh Chandra Ladha told newspersons here that the police seized fake currency notes worth the tune of Rs 3.85 lakh, a computer, a scanner and a colour printer.

The arrested included the kingpin B S Rama Kumar, a computer science graduate, he added.
