Businessman shot dead in Bengal

Barackpore, Nov 13 (UNI) A businessman was shot dead by two motor cycle borne criminals at his electrical shop near Kakinara railway station in North 24 Parganas tonight, police said.

Thirty-year-old Md Akhtar fell on the spot when the unidentifed criminals shot from a close range on his head at the shop under Jagaddal police station.

After the crime the two sped away with their two-wheelers, police added.
