Gujarat Muslims cynical of elections

Godhra, Nov 10, 2007 : The Muslim community in Gujarat is cynical; as the run up to the 2007 state election has started. Narendra Modi often accused for fomenting communal violence in Gujarat before the 2002 sate election, is a dreaded figure for minorities.

The 2002 Gujarat riot victims are disillusioned with the dillydallying in getting justice for their relatives who died in riots and moreover feels that Narendra Modi can again use violence again to influence the election.
