Maoists blow up block headquarters

Buxar, Nov 12 (UNI) Proscribed CPI(Maoist) activists blew up a portion of Kesar block headquarters office by exploding a dynamite here late last night.

Police said here today that about ten activists of the outfit had not only damaged a portion of the office, several documents and other official papers were also destroyed in the explosion.

Senior police officers were camping at the spot along with the local police personnel. Raids were on to nab the extremists,sources added.
