IMImobile becomes India's first Mobile VAS Services Provider

Hyderabad, Nov 12 (UNI) The Hyderabad based IMImobile, the global provider of mobile value added services has achieved ISO/IEC 2700:2005 certification.

It has demonstrated its world-class competence in information security management by becoming India's first mobile Value-Added-Services (VAS) Provider to be awarded with the ISO/IEC 2700:2005, the ultimate benchmark for information security, CEO, IMImobile A R Vishwanath said in a statement.

ISO/IEC 2700:2005 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving a documented information Security Management System within the context of the organization's overall business risks, he said.
