Govt.to enhance facilities in offices

Munger, Nov 12 (UNI) The Bihar government has approved a project for the construction of a combined building at an estimated cost of Rs 3.50 crores at the sub-divisional headquarters of Haveli Kharagpur in the district.

JD(U) MLA from Munger and Building Construction Minister Monazir Hasan told UNI today that the construction work of the proposed combined building would be completed within six months. It will accommodate state government offices with all facilities under one roof at the sub-divisional headquarters.

''Besides, eleven information centres will be built in as many panchayats in the sub-division at an estimated cost of over Rs 71 lakhs,'' he added.

''The people of Munger will soon see development on surface in the district, as construction work on a number of development schemes is on a war-footing,'' he added.
