22 new sub-stations commissioned in Haryana

Chandigarh, Nov 12 (UNI) Haryana Power Utilities have commissioned 22 new substations, augmented 35 existing ones and constructed 153.203 km long transmission lines with a total investment of Rs 142.68 crore during the current financial year.

The new substations which were commissioned included one 220 KV level substation at Daultabad (Gurgaon), four 132 KV level substations at Naguran, Barwala, Dhanauri and Sector 3, Rohtak, a spokesman for the Haryana Power Utilities said.

Besides, two 66 KV level substations were set up at Fatehpur Biloch and Sector 38, Gurgaon and fifteen 33 KV level substations were installed at Gangoli, Manas, Mehmoodpur, Urlana, Sector 6, Rohtak, Chor Kersa, Badsui, Bishowa, Sr Sec School, Rohtak, Didwara, Brass, Baniyani, Karora, Chhattar and Lochhab, he said.
