Reliance on agriculture to be brought down in MP: CM

Sehore, MP, Nov 11 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today said that setting up of industry was being encouraged in the state so that reliance on agriculture could be brought down.

''Several industrialists from within India and abroad are making a beeline for this state. Groundwork has been completed for investment of Rs 1,20,254 crore,'' he claimed at an inauguration ceremony in this district's Baktara grain market.

Mr Chouhan assured that special attention would be paid to balanced development and maximum employment opportunities for youth.
