Kapilvastu Mahotsava from Dec 29 in Siddharthnagar

Siddharthnagar, Nov 11 (UNI) A three day Kapilvastu Mahotsava would be celebrated with great fervour at the birth place of Lord Buddha from December 29 here.

Various programmes like idol worship, Buddha seminar, Akhil Bharatiya Kavi Sammelan and cultural programmes would be held at the Mahotsava, sources said today.

People of Buddha community are expected to throng the Mahotsava in a large number.
