INLD criticized the attack on Ambedkar statue

Chandigarh, Nov 11 (UNI) Indian National Lok Dal(INLD) has condemned the incident of sabotaging the statue of Dr. Bhim Rao ambedkar and inaction of Haryana Government.INLD Secretary General and party MP,Mr. Ajay Singh Chautala demanded action against the culprits and severely criticized the approach of Haryana Government in different sabotage incidents.

INLD MP said that continuous damage and hurting incidents on the statues of Dr.Ambedkar are being managed to deviate the peaceful atmosphere of the state and divide the society on caste lines. He said that state government has totally failed to perform the duties of and the law and order situation has deteriorated in the state.

It is mention worthy that two days ago in Ellenabad town, spectacle and finger of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar statue at Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar crossing was damaged. Local people led by former minister and INLD leader Mr.Bhagi Ram lodged strong protest and sought arrest of the culprits. INLD leader said that the police under the pressure of the local people has filed a FIR against the culprits but no effort to arrest the culprits has been made.
