Congress leaders lodged complaint against BJP leaders

Bangalore, Nov 09 (UNI) Congress has lodged a criminal complaint against Lok Sabha member and former Union minister Ananth Kumar and state BJP chief D V Sadananda Gouda for allegedly making derogatory remarks against party president and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, here today.

According to police sources Congress leaders led by Karnataka Legislative Council member Mr Prakash Rathod have lodged a criminal complaint against two BJP leaders.

In their complaint the Congress leaders have alleged that during their agitation against JD(S) recently the both Ananth Kumar and D V Sadananda Gouda have made derogatory remark against Congress president which according to them had ruffled the feelings of lakhs of Congress workers in the state.

The Congress leaders lodged their complaint at Cubbon Park Police station and sought immediate criminal proceedings against BJP leaders.
