Chilly weather in Patna after smart showers on Diwali

Patna, Nov 10 (UNI) The city woke up to the coolest morning so far this season, with the minimum temperature dropping considerably after the rainfall yesterday.

As a result of the sudden showers caused due to a local depression, the minimum temparature in Patna and its neighbouring districts had come down considerably to 17.6 degrees Celsius, the lowest this season.

The local Met office recorded the maximum temperature at 29 degrees Celsius while the minimum was pegged at 17.6 degrees Celsius with the maximum relative humidity being recorded at 83 per cent.

Met sources forecasted a generally clear sky with mist in the morning and no significant changes in the maximum and minimum temperatures during the next 24 hours.
